How can I pay for my order?
The quickest easiest method of payment is via internet banking. Our bank account details are provided when you place your order. We can also accept credit card payments via PayPal, however please be aware that these attract a 5% surchrage.
How much will freight cost me?
Freight varies depending on the size of your order, and your destination. Simply add the item(s) you want to your cart and proceed to the checkout and freight will automatically be calculated for you. If you are located outside New Zealand or you need your order shipped outside New Zealand please email us for a shipping quote.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry we do not have a retail store or location that you can collect goods from. We therefore ship all orders via courier direct to your door.
Can you send my order via NZ post instead of courier?
No we cannot. We only use a secure signature required door to door courier service that allows tracking of your package and shipping insurance to provide you, the customer, with peace of mind and a swift delivery.
Can you install and perform mechanical repairs?
As we do not have a workshop we are unable to install any parts or accessories. Most products that we sell are simple enough to install yourself – however if you do not feel you are up to the task, any mechanical workshop can install them for you. If necessary we can suggest a workshop in your area.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer full manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell. This varies from 0 days (in the case of things like light bulbs) up to 1 year depending on the product. All warranties are as provided from the manufacturers and warranty against manufacturing defects.
I can’t find the item I want in your online store?
If you can’t see the item you are looking for then please email us, and we will do what we can to locate it for you. We can source many parts and accessories not listed in our online store.
Can you import a specific item for me?
Yes we can. It might take a couple weeks (or even months in the worst case) but yes we can source specific parts overseas for you. We will require payment up front for such orders.
I don’t live in New Zealand – can I still purchase from you?
Yes – absolutely. You will need to email your order through to us. Be sure to include your name, delivery address, phone number, the item(s) you would like to order and any other relevant information. We will then make up your invoice and email it to you in a PDF format. You can then pay via Western Union money transfer, International Money Transfer (IMT) direct into our bank account or PayPal (however this does attract a 5% surcharge).
